STUDIO POLICY

It is the client’s responsibility to read ALL Policies Before booking an appointment.

  • ◇ It is the client’s responsibility to read ALL Policies BEFORE booking an appointment. It is also the client’s responsibility to read the procedure clearance information which can affect how your brows, tattoo, or tan will turn out

    ◇ I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason

    ◇ Photos, Videos, and Audios are taken before, during, and after the procedure. They will be owned by Hello Perfection LLC. They will be used for Promotional/Marketing purposes on all my social media, website, and/or other business-related platforms

    ◇ My location will be in the reminder email and text that goes out 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please let me know in advance if you do not receive either of these and need the location

    ◇ Although, I give my best efforts to provide you with optimal results, there are many factors that contribute to the overall look including age, skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure, Etc.. I am not responsible for any changes that occur once you leave the studio. Results can never be guaranteed. It is very important that clients follow pre-care and aftercare instructions for the best results

    ◇ Failure in booking the correct service may result in a loss of deposit and cancellation of the appointment (eg: booking for Ombré virgin brows when client needs a Correction instead)

    ◇ If client is sent home for any reason including coming into appointment sick or there is excessive bleeding due to precare not being followed or any other reason, their deposit will be forfeited and the appointment will be considered a cancellation

    ◇ If approval is required prior to booking an appointment and it is booked without approval, the deposit made for the appointment will be forfeited and the appointment will be canceled

    ◇ Anyone who is under 18 and receiving a service MUST also bring their parent/legal guardian. A form of identification for the minor AND parent/legal guardian must be shown to the technician at the time of the appointment. Pictures may be taken and kept in their personal file

    ◇ All photos of identification submitted in the booking process must be clear and easy to read. Please consider the lighting of the photos

  • ◇ All appointments require a NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit that goes towards your service

    ◇ Once a deposit has been made, it is an automatic agreement to accept and comply to all business policies

    ◇ You may pay the remainder of the service with Cash or Zelle which is due the same day of the service. All payments are final!

    ◇ Prices and Promotions are subject to change anytime

    ◇ Memberships/subscriptions are charged monthly until canceled. Membership perks must be used within that month. You cannot carry appointments over

    ◇ It is the client’s responsibility to book necessary appointments in a timely manner. You will be charged accordingly

  • ◇ Please No pets or extra guests due to cross contamination and interruptions

    ~ The only exceptions are the Parent/Legal Guardian of anyone under 18 who is receiving a service or any other special circumstance. Special circumstances must be discussed with the technician prior to appointment

  • BE ON TIME for your appointment! After 10 mins a $25.00 Charge will be added to your service. After 15 mins your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited

    CANCELLATIONS means forfeiting your deposit

    NO CALL NO SHOW = A forfeiture of your deposit and you will be ineligible to book another appointment. You will also be charged the remaining balance of the service to be performed

  • ◇ Must be done within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment to avoid forfeiture of your deposit. There will not be any refunds on deposits under any circumstances including, but not limited to, moving, travel, car issues, etc

    ◇ Only ONE reschedule is allowed to avoid the forfeiture of your deposit.

    ~ Reschedules cannot be done online and you will have to contact me directly

  • ◇ I do not charge by the hour! Rates are per tattoo and may increase based on design complexity, size, and placement of the tattoo. Rates are subject to change anytime

    ◇ All final designs must be approved before your appointment. Changes in design will not be made at the appointment. If final design is not approved before the appointment, I am free to finalize the design myself. Prices are subject to change if client changes tattoo placement or size. These are the only changes that can be made at the appointment

    ◇ If any tattoo design drafts go out and no response is received within 8-10 hours(this includes revision drafts) I am free to finalize the design

    ◇ It is the client's responsibility to double/triple check any dates, grammar, spelling, and punctuation in the tattoo. Once the client gives me the approval to tattoo, I am not responsible if the design turns out to be wrong/not what is expected. (Example: misspelling, incorrect dates, etc...) The same rule applies to Roman numerals, Chinese/asian words/characters, zodiac signs, horoscopes and birth flowers

    ◇ If client is wanting a tattoo drawing and decides to get it tattooed, the deposit for the drawing will go towards the tattoo. There will be no refunds for drawings if client decides not to get the tattoo or if there is a disagreement with the final quote/pricing of your desired tattoo design

    ◇ Tattoo Drawings: Gets 2-3 free revisions. After that, a fee of $10 is added per revision

    ◇ The Tiny Tattoo free touch up must be booked within a 3 month period of your initial appointment. After 3 months it will be the minimum booking price for a tiny tattoo. You must send me a photo of your healed tattoo before you book to discuss if a touch up is needed. I only offer one free touch up for each tattoo

  • ◇ Permanent Makeup tattoos are a 2-part service: The Initial Session and Required Touch Up. The Required Touch Up should be booked within 6-12 weeks from the Initial Session (prebooking is strongly advised). Exceeding that timeframe will require additional payments. Please book accordingly

    ◇ If clients require additional Touch Ups, (aside from the Initial and Required Touch Up) client will be charged accordingly

    ◇ If anyone is booking a brow coverup/correction it will need to be approved before you can place a deposit and book the appointment regardless of how old or faded the tattoo is. Please do not book the correction if I have not already approved the appointment! Since I have a non-refundable policy, this will ensure there are no problems if your brows are too dark to work over, the shape cannot be fixed, or if there is any other factor resulting in needing removal first

    ◇ All other brow services require 3 photos to be sent when booking. Failure to submit photos will result in appointment cancellation and forfeiture of deposit

    ◇ If patch test was not booked, client waives the right to patch test and proceed with the service
